Aladdin features a quote wizard which enables partners in the sales channel (e.g. brokers) to log in and do their own quotes. It has a step-by-step process to add items to a quotation and can provide comparative quotes. The wizard contains logic to add covers to quotes based on answers to simple questions.
The quote wizard has been designed to be easy to use and therefore sales partners do not need extensive training on the tool or the products to sell.
The quote wizard also has scripting functionality which makes it ideal for a call centre environment.
